Degree Requirements
The academic regulations for this degree program, as entered in the University of Mississippi Catalog, are in effect for the current or selected academic year and semester. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to 1) change or withdraw courses; 2) change rules for registration, instruction, and graduation; and 3) change other regulations affecting the student body at any time.

Accy 601 - C min | 3 | Complete Accy 601 with a grade of C or better. |
Accy 605 - C min | 3 | Complete Accy 605 with a grade of C or better. |
Accy 610 - C min | 3 | Complete Accy 610 with a grade of C or better. |
Accountancy electives | 12 | Complete at least 12 additional hours of accounting electives chosen from the following courses: Accy 501, 515, 521, 525, 530, 603, 609, 612, 625, 626, 633, and 634. Each course must be completed with a grade of C or better. |
Non-accy electives | 3 | Complete 3 credit hours of nonaccounting electives chosen from any approved 500-level or above course. |
GPA requirements | A cumulative average of not less than 3.0 (B) must be achieved in all graduate work taken. | |
SOA Dean's approval | This Degree Audit program is an advising tool only. The student will need to verify his or her degree requirements with the Office of the Dean. At that time, the Office of the Dean will make the final certification that the courses listed on the Degree Audit qualify the student for graduation. The Office of the Dean will also determine if other university requirements (GPA, residency hours, etc.) have been met. |
