The minor in hospitality management is designed to provide students with practical and professional knowledge and understanding of the scope and impact of the hospitality industry with a focus on management skills and to prepare students for a career in the hospitality industry.
Course Requirements
A minor in hospitality management consists of 18 hours (6 courses). This minor can be completed online.
