Law 647: Sports Law I (Intercollegiate Sports)

Sports Law I addresses the interaction between the law and intercollegiate sports, including the regulation of college athletics by the NCAA. The course addresses issues of torts, contracts, constitutional law, labor law, antitrust, private association law, and NCAA compliance.
