Fin 451: Real Estate Law

A consideration of the aspects of law and regulation at various levels of government applicable to real estate transactions. This course will address practical issues concerning topics such as listing and sales agreements, title examinations and title insurance, real estate maps and surveys, real estate finance and security instruments, real estate closing and settlement, and real estate leasing.
