Fr 325: The Francophone World
MODERN LANGUAGES
This course will introduce students to the Francophone world and its cultures from Africa to the Caribbean, to Quebec, to Europe. Students explore selected Francophone histories and geographies through overviews of French-speaking countries, excerpts of classic Francophone texts, prominent Francophone films, culinary dishes, music, public figures, and vignettes of everyday life.
