Arab 361: Arabic Language through Cinema
MODERN LANGUAGES
This course introduces students to contemporary Arab cinema through a close analysis of the cultural characteristics that distinguish it from other types of cinemas. Students will learn about the dynamics of political, social, cultural, and religious diversity in the Arab world from 1980 till present.
