NUTRITION & HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
An examination of public policy issues related to nutrition. Topics include food and nutrition assistance programs in the United States, global food and nutrition policy, community-based nutrition services, and policy development and evaluation.
Prerequisite: a graduate-level statistics course.
