Law 766: Clinics: Elder Law

Students prepare wills, health care directives, and powers of attorney for elderly clients; students advise clients on Medicaid, Medicare, nursing home law, consumer law, guardianship/conservatorship, and elder abuse issues; and students represent clients in administrative hearings and in court.
