Engs 614: Remote Sensing and Digital Images

This course is an introduction to digital image processing. Remote Sensing and Digital Images is focused on providing an introduction to the basic principles and techniques of digital image processing. Included is treatment of: digital data storage formats, data volumes, and elements of digital image processing systems; geometic and radiometric correction; image enhancement; image classification; and multitemporal image analysis.
