MHA 648: Human Resources in Health Care
SCHOOL OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The course has been designed to address variables of psychology and sociology in the workplace. These variables will include only traditional human resource theories such as job satisfaction, recruitment and retention, and organizational development and training, but will look at the evolving health care delivery model from the perspective of who provides what, how the professional landscape has changed, and where it may be going. As the cultural dynamics of the U.S. workforce change, the issues surrounding job dynamics will also be affected.
