Degree Requirements
The academic regulations for this degree program, as entered in the University of Mississippi Catalog, are in effect for the current or selected academic year and semester. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to 1) change or withdraw courses; 2) change rules for registration, instruction, and graduation; and 3) change other regulations affecting the student body at any time.

ES 608 or 612 | 3 | Student must complete one of the following courses with a grade of C or better: ES 608 or ES 612. |
ES 611 - C min | 3 | Complete ES 611 with a grade of C or better. |
ES 613 - C min | 3 | Complete ES 613 with a grade of C or better. |
ES 625 - C min | 3 | Compelte ES 625 with a grade of C or better. |
ES 650 | 1 | Complete ES 650. |
Add'l ES courses | 12 | Student must complete 12 hours of additional ES coursework. Choose from the following courses: - ES 653 (3 hours) or ES 697 (6 hours) or ES 610 (9 hours) - The remaining hours from 3-9 hours of ES electives (choose from ES 608, 609, 612, 614, 615, 616, 651, 652, HP 615, or other approved courses). |
Statistics | 3 | Student must complete an approved statistics course. |
GPA requirements | A cumulative average of not less than 3.0 (B) must be achieved in all graduate work taken. | |
Applied Science Dean's approval | This Degree Audit program is an advising tool only. The student must still apply for a degree by returning a completed Degree Application Form to the dean's office before the last day to add classes in the semester preceding the semester in which the stuent expects to graduate. The dean's office will make the final certification that the courses listed on the application qualify the student for graduation. The dean's office will also determine if other university requirements (GPA, etc.) have been met. |
