Mgmt 351: Health Systems Management
MANAGEMENT
Health care management provides you with an overview of how health care institutions are organized and governed, the role of the management staff, physicians, nurses, and other clinical and support staff in these organizations, and how the management systems are designed for their efficient and effective operation. The purpose of this course is to enable students to: • Learn concepts and theories in health care management • Develop skills in using materials, tools, and the people working in technology
