The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Bisc 207: Human Anatomy and Physiology II

BIOLOGY

Continuation of Bisc 206. Anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular, immune, endocrine, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems as well as nutrition and metabolism, fluid and acid/base balance, and fetal development within the human body. Labs will entail examination of anatomical structures using dissected specimens, models, imagery, and computer simulations. (3 lecture, 2 lab hours)

May not be counted toward a major or minor in the Department of Biology.
