The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Engl 502: Historical Linguistics

ENGLISH

Study of words, speech languages, and language changes from the point of view of evolution in the course of time, particularly in Indo-European languages.

Prerequisites

  • One of the following: Engl 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, or 299.
  • Engl 313 or Graduate Standing.
  • Pre-requisite Eng 306 or Graduate Standing.
